Midtown Apartments

36,000 SF site on 13th Ave. S. & Union

Since 2009, Pathway 2 Success has rehabbed over 80 single-family housing units and a number of small multi-family properties. The organization is currently developing its first new construction multi-family project. Midtown Apartments will bring 28 new affordable apartments to the Deuces corridor. The 36,000 SF project site is immediately north of and across the street from the St. Petersburg College Midtown Campus.
