Pathway 2 Success and TB Roofing & Construction have teamed up to donate a new roof to a family in St. Petersburg. Michelle Anthony, who is a mother of three children, received the new roof which was dontated.

Our mission is to provide assistance and support to disadvantaged youths, veterans, ex-offenders, abused children and women, and those with disabilities. We intend to do this through affordable housing, economic, social, peer to peer, community, and mentorship programs thus improving their lives, their future, and the communities they live in.
Pathway 2 Success Inc. is committed to providing affordable housing, supervision, mentorship, rehabilitation, and guidance to disadvantaged youth, veterans, ex-offenders, abused children and women, and those with disabilities within the communities we serve.
The goal is to build community leaders, who will serve as positive role models to their peers and develop leadership skills that will serve them in leading successful lives. By graduating, developing leadership skills, becoming positive role models among their peers, resisting negative peer pressure, setting and achieving personal, educational, and vocational goals, youth and ex-offenders will indeed enhance the communities they live in.
Christopher A. Jackson – Executive Director / Founder
Chris is committed to making a difference within the community and tries to give special focus on how he can affect the lives of the people that may be forgotten.
His inspiration stems from growing up without a father and lessons learned from the school of hard knocks. He knows that his life experiences will benefit those that are disadvantaged and may not see a way out and feel as though the world has given up on them. Christopher exemplifies the true character traits of a Leader, Builder and Motivator within his community.
Justin L. Smith – President/Co Founder
Justin is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, receiving his BA in Computer Engineering in 2001. Justin has spent most of his professional career with Ricoh, previously IKON Office Solutions, holding various positions including account executive, field sales development specialist, sales manager, and managed document services specialist.
Justin has committed himself to becoming an example to all children that feel as though they have run out of options and need a role model that can relate to and understand where they are coming from.
Alex Jordan – Board of Directors
Alexander C. Jordan is the Bureau Chief of Agency Services for the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. Mr. Jordan’s bureau is responsible for providing internal and external services for daily operations.
While working for the Department of Business & Professional Regulation, Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Revenue he has coordinated and assisted in developing new programs within these agencies.
Alexander graduated from Tallahassee Community College and is currently focusing on his Criminal Justices degree at Florida Agriculture & Mechanical University.
Pathway 2 Success Youth Leadership Workshops consist of three separate learning modules. These modules are the building blocks needed for youth to attain skills and resources needed to overcome obstacles and realize success today and to help hone the skills they will need to be successful adults.
The Brotherhood of Men Mentor Group, Inc. (BOM) is a 501(c)(3) organization and Pathway 2 Success is partnering with them to start a chapter in St. Petersburg because they embody the same core values that Pathway 2 Success is about. Brotherhood of Men provides a supportive environment, fostering life-skill enhancement and personal development in young males.
Community Impact: To create and provide social protection to the most vulnerable youth in our society through the delivery of Social Groups, Networking, Identifying your worth, and Implementing your ideas and services, delivered via Advantage Village Academy, Pathway 2 Success, Community Efforts, Community Organizations, City, County, State, Provincial Government and NPO structures.
Ladies Of Valor and Esteem is a movement developed to motivate and empower women of all backgrounds who constantly face life challenges. Our purpose is to provide a sisterhood of women that offer encouragement and support to one another when things may appear hopeless.
Mission: To empower women through spiritual counsel, knowledge, and character building.
